Our ESC technology offer the capability of being cleaned or refurbished. In case of PVD coating or contamination during dirty processes, or photo-resist residue, or electrical damages, we do have the capability to offer different level of service for re-conditioning the ESC like a new one, with extended warranty conditions. The esc returned by OEM’s or End-users are controlled, and reworked in our clean concept production line, with printing, grinding,
polishing and wet clean tooling.
